Who they are searching for :-
Someone that has already completed their Bachelors in economics, a focus on sales and marketing would be seen as highly desirable.
You can already prove your B2B sales achievements in the CRM software industry or complex software solutions, ideally Cloud solutions.
You are self driven and motivated and an analytical and creative thinker.
You have a hands on management style and use solid Business Development processes, methods , tools, and KPI's
you are a structured, scalable, strategic and innovative thinker who is able to
simplify complex scenarios and situations articulating this into easy to
You are an excellent team player with ability to take over future manager or team leader role (Senior Business Development)
Willing to travel within assigned territory
Excellent German and English are a must here
