Cold calling clients – Lots of recruitment companies do this as it’s the way it has always been done. Our client list is so large, and we’re contacted daily by so many of our clients asking us to help them fill positions that we don’t need to do this.
Headhunting candidates by cold calling – This just doesn’t work effectively and isn’t a good use of consultants time so we never ask you to do this. We have many more successful strategies to get access to candidates and have never needed to do this.
Travelling to an office – Since the lockdown, we’ve found most of our consultants prefer to work from home to save travelling time and increase work time. We stay in touch daily by phone and video conference and have found this works very well.
Working five days per week and doing unpaid overtime as it is “expected” – We work a four day week and don’t expect you to work unpaid overtime. Obviously, this can be done, but it’s not an expectation.
Working on a specific list of technologies or locations – We offer full access to all of the clients regardless of location or technology. Our consultants work with their own candidates so nobody is sitting with all the best clients while others struggle. We feel this offers a level playing field so everyone can be as successful as the next and be properly rewarded for their efforts.

Who would this job suit?
Ideally, you bring some experience in sales, recruitment or account management however, we will consider any fluent German speakers who have the right attitude and work ethics.
You bring excellent conversational & interpersonal skills and are happy to dive in with questions
